Educational Qualification
- Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.
- Specialization in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Cost Accounting, Taxation, or Finance preferred.
- B.Ed. qualification is desirable.
- Strong academic background in Business Studies and Accountancy at the PUC/Undergraduate level is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in I & II PUC Commerce subjects (Business Studies & Accountancy) preferred.
- Freshers with excellent academic records and subject knowledge may also be considered.
Essential Skills
- Ability to teach Business Studies and Accountancy effectively as per the Karnataka Pre-University curriculum.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in preparing lesson plans, question papers, assignments, and assessment reports.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools, LMS/ERP platforms, and smart classroom technology.
- Capability to mentor students and support their academic progression.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
