Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptionally sharp and visionary strategist who can work closely with leadership to shape the organization’s long-term direction. The role requires a rare combination of strategic thinking, risk anticipation, crisis management, and business expansion planning.
The ideal candidate will act as a Chanakya-type advisor, helping the organization foresee challenges, neutralize threats, and identify strategic opportunities for growth. The person will help build systems, networks, and strategies that strengthen the organization’s resilience and expansion over the next 5–10 years.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Business Growth
- Work with leadership to design long-term strategic plans for business expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Analyze markets, competitors, and emerging trends to guide decision-making.
Risk & Crisis Management
- Anticipate potential risks (legal, operational, cyber, regulatory, or reputational).
- Develop preventive strategies to mitigate business threats.
- Guide the organization during high-pressure situations, disputes, or conflicts.
Intelligence & Strategic Network Building
- Build strong information networks to monitor external and internal developments affecting the organization.
- Identify competitive threats, regulatory changes, or emerging risks early.
- Develop systems for strategic intelligence and early warning.
Negotiation & Conflict Resolution
- Assist leadership in handling complex negotiations and sensitive matters.
- Provide strategic guidance in disputes, partnerships, and high-value deals.
Organizational Strengthening
- Help design internal systems that improve decision-making, coordination, and resilience.
- Support leadership in evaluating new initiatives and expansion plans.

Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas will be preferred:
- Strategy consulting / corporate strategy
- Senior business leadership roles
- Legal strategy or dispute management
- Intelligence, investigation, or administrative services
- Risk management or crisis management
Experience
10+ years in strategy, business development, consulting, law, administration, or leadership roles.

Pay: Up to ₹71,761.74 per month
