Provide first-level technical support to customers/users via phone, email to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
·Understand client issues and provide timely solutions
·Log, track, and update issues in the support system
·Identify recurring issues and escalate complex issues to the senior team member
·Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
·Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation accurately
·Assist in preparing presentations, letters, , and status reports whenever necessary
· Keep up to date with new software versions, features, and changes
