Job Description
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage our Etsy and Amazon stores. The role involves handling product listings, order processing, customer support, inventory updates, and marketplace optimization.
Responsibilities
- Manage Etsy & Amazon store operations
- Create and optimize product listings
- Process orders and coordinate dispatch
- Respond to customer queries
- Monitor inventory and sales performance
- Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation
- Good English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with Etsy/Amazon is a plus
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
