We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager who understands customer journeys, automation, personalization, and performance-driven communication.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
- Build automation workflows and drip campaigns
- Manage segmentation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle campaigns
- Improve open rates, CTR, and conversions through A/B testing
- Collaborate with content and design teams for campaign creatives
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Work with CRM and marketing automation tools
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in email marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.
- Understanding of customer funnels and retention marketing
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, workflow automation, and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with SaaS or digital-first brands is a plus
