Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our team as Data Verification Associate . This role involves verifying insurance details and ensuring accurate information for seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Verifying the Insurance Details.
- Inquiring about the policy benefit information as well as past history with the insurance policy holder.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of insurance sector (training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Confident in verbal and written English.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
