Role Overview The Inventory & Catalog Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels and managing product data across all our platforms. You will bridge the gap between our physical warehouse shelves and our digital ERP and e-commerce systems, ensuring over 500 SKUs are tracked meticulously.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and update inventory modules within our Odoo ERP system, ensuring real-time accuracy of stock levels.
- Forecast demand based on sales velocity and coordinate with management to trigger timely purchase orders, preventing stockouts.
- Standardize and update product catalogs, ensuring specifications, SKUs, and pricing tiers are identical across physical ledgers, internal systems, and digital storefronts.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and resolve any discrepancies between physical counts and system data.
Required Qualifications - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and large dataset management).
- Hands-on experience operating inventory management software or ERP systems (Odoo experience is a strong plus).
- Solid understanding of warehousing principles, supply chain logistics, and vendor lead times.
- Highly organized and analytical, with a strict attention to detail.
