Role Description:
Iron Asylum Fast-growing nutraceutical brand with expanding SKU portfolio and
structured production operations.
We are looking for a versatile and tech-forward Multimedia Designer to join our creative team. This is a "full-stack" creative role designed for someone who can bridge the gap between traditional design and the future of AI-driven content. You will be responsible for taking raw brand assets and transforming them into high-converting static designs and high-end motion graphics.
The ideal candidate doesn't just use tools—they know how to use Artificial Intelligence to enhance real-world footage and images, creating a "wow" factor that traditional production can't reach alone.
Offered Salary: Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 45,000/- p.m. (as per experience and skills)
Experience & Qualification: · 2–4 years in Creative / Design· Health, Fitness, Supplements, FMCG industry preferred· Strong end-to-end brand work required· Graduate in Design / Mass Communication / Fine Arts
Skills Required:
- Motion Tools: Advanced mastery of Adobe after Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Static Design Tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Figma knowledge is a plus).
- AI Integration: Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Runway Gen-2, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Generative Fill to enhance and automate creative workflows.
- Branding Literacy: A deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout, ensuring all output—whether moving or static—feels like part of one brand family.
- End-to-End Execution: Ability to take a project from a blank page to a final, polished marketing deliverable without needing external creative direction for every step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motion Graphics & Video Ads: Create high-impact, 15–60 second video ads from scratch. This includes storyboarding, animating, and final rendering for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube) and web.
- Static Design Excellence: Design professional static assets including social media posts, website banners, and digital branding materials that maintain strict visual consistency.
- AI-Enhanced Production: Use AI tools to upscale images, generate creative backgrounds for real product shots, or manipulate video footage to create surreal, high-performance marketing content.
- Asset Transformation: Take "real-world" company assets (raw photos/videos) and integrate them into stylized motion environments.
- Technical Optimization: Expertly handle all content formats, aspect ratios, and compression settings to ensure branding looks crisp across all platforms.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
