CRM Executive - Job description
In this role, he/she will coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to boost the company’s market presence and increase customer engagement. Ultimately, we want to increase revenues and achieve business goals by building a customer-oriented company.
Requirements :
- Any graduate degree
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordination of clients' concerns and adjustment of the services or products to the clients' needs
- Receiving Calls, Filtration for Positive Leads and then send to the concern sale team.
- Should have knowledge for Social Media platform like Instagram, Facebook etc.
- Should have Microsoft Knowledge like Excel, Word, PPT
- Ensuring a high-performing customer service system.
- Strongly developed networking and communication as well as analytical skills.
- Interpersonal skills as well as the will and ability to cooperate with people from other departments and managerial levels.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Advising customers on suitable product and dealer selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
- Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
