HR Psychologist
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and screen candidates with attention to behavioural fit and cultural alignment.
2. Coordinate interviews and assist with psychometric or behavioural assessments.
3. Facilitate onboarding, verify documents, and maintain accurate records.
4. Conduct weekly intern check-ins, focusing on well-being, motivation, and progress tracking.
5. Handle conflict resolution with empathy, fairness, and psychological understanding.
6. Organize engagement activities to enhance productivity and reduce stress.
7. Support HR meetings, policy communication, and maintain a healthy workplace culture.

1. Background or ongoing studies in Psychology (Organizational/Industrial preferred).
2. Knowledge of organizational/industrial psychology
3. Strong conflict resolution & interpersonal abilities
