Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Domestic IT Recruiter with 2–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across various technologies within the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT requirements
- Understand client/job requirements and source suitable candidates
- Use multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Negotiate salary and ensure smooth offer rollout and joining
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements
- Follow up with candidates till onboarding
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and quality hiring
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and database
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–7 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Excellent negotiation and candidate handling skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in contract and permanent staffing
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
