Job Title: Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager to lead and manage interior design projects from concept development to project execution. The candidate will be responsible for leading the design team, managing client relationships, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring the successful and timely delivery of projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Project Leadership
- Lead and mentor the interior design team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop innovative design concepts, space planning, layouts, mood boards, and material selections.
- Review and approve design drawings, presentations, and technical documentation prepared by the team.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective and creative design solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of design-related concerns.
Site & Execution Coordination
- Coordinate closely with the site and project execution teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and resolve design or execution-related issues.
- Ensure proper coordination between design drawings and on-site execution.
- Address site challenges and provide practical solutions while maintaining design intent.
Team Management
- Lead, guide, and motivate the design team to achieve project goals.
- Allocate work and monitor the performance and progress of team members.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between the design, site, procurement, and other internal teams.
- Support the professional growth and development of junior designers.
Project Coordination & Quality Control
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders when required.
- Maintain consistency in design quality and project documentation.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in interior design and project execution.
- Experience in leading a design team and independently handling clients and projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
