Vidyanta is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable clinical instructor (content creator) to join our nursing education team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing high-quality educational content, creating assessments, and supporting simulation-based learning programs for nursing students and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review nursing education content, including study materials, presentations, and training modules.
- Create MCQs, case studies, OSCE scenarios, assignments, and assessment tools.
- Design engaging learning resources aligned with INC and industry standards.
- Support simulation-based training and practical skill development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and the digital content team.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and clinical relevance of all educational materials.
- Conduct research and update content based on the latest evidence-based practices.
- Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of learning programs.
Requirements
- M.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
- 1–2 years of relevant clinical or teaching experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent English writing skills
- Experience in developing educational content, MCQs, and assessments
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
