Job Description :
Knowledge and experience installing and supporting Palo Alto Security Appliances (minimum 5 years)
Experience of installing and configuring PA firewalls.
Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer 7-8 (PCNSE7-8) certification preferred.
Knowledge of protocols BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, SPT, TRUNKS, VLANs, Port-Channel, Static routing.
Networking topologies and protocols. Examples being MPLS, VRF, SIP, Traffic Shaping / QoS o Palo Alto Command line.
Must have a good networking background and understanding.
A high level of Palo Alto expertise in design, configuration, migrations, tuning and customisation of features.
Thorough knowledge of Panorama, WildFire, Global Protect, and other Palo Alto features including and not limited to SSL decryption.
Familiarity with Data Centre environment and hosted deployments/cloud
Experience of supporting clients remotely and face to face, along with experience of working with providers.
Experience with Wireshark or other protocol analysers.
Manage and maintain Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), ensuring efficient implementation of security policies and traffic monitoring.
Optimize Zscaler configurations to enhance performance and meet organizational security goals
Certification preferences – Zscaler EDU 200 / E 202
Excellent communication skills & must be flexible to work outside of business hours as per business requirements.
