Job Summary
UGteck Marine is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Officer with strong communication abilities, modern sales acumen, and experience in international B2B markets. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation, client engagement, and business development for our marine automation and technical services, with a primary focus on the European region.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients across the European market for business development and relationship management.
- Conduct structured communication via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and digital outreach.
- Prepare and deliver technical sales pitches, with a basic understanding of marine automation services.
- Maintain CRM discipline
- Support marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and client engagement initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Confident communicator.
- Smart, proactive personality capable of initiating and converting cold leads.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Hands‑on with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and CRM tools.
- Good presentation and proposal‑building ability.
- Formal education not required — smart B2B engagement is what matters.
Preference
If you are street smart, can talk and engage into communication with some knowledge of sales of technical services and having past exposure to European market.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
