**Role Summary**
This is a senior floor-level role that sits at the heart of our showroom operations. You will be responsible for billing, cash management, stock tracking, staff coordination, and ensuring the showroom runs smoothly every single day — even when the owner is not present. This is the most trusted role in the store, and we are looking for someone dependable, organised, and confident enough to own it fully.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle all daily billing — generate bills, collect payments (cash/UPI/card), issue receipts to customers
- Manage the petty cash box and submit a daily cash reconciliation report to the owner via WhatsApp
- Open and close the showroom every day using a defined checklist (display setup, staff attendance, cash secured)
- Track stock levels — identify low-stock items and inform the owner for reordering
- Coordinate and assign daily duties to all floor staff; monitor lunch schedules and team activities
- Handle customer complaints or escalations that floor staff cannot resolve
- Approve small discounts within authorised limits; escalate larger decisions to the owner
- Maintain the staff attendance register — daily in and out times for all team members
- Receive incoming deliveries and verify item counts against the purchase challan
- Coordinate with vendors and delivery parties for timing and logistics
- Send a concise daily sales and operations summary to the owner via WhatsApp at end of shift
- Guide and support new joiners during their first 2 days of onboarding

**Requirements**
- Minimum 12th Pass — Graduate (B.Com / BA) preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and calculate in Hindi or Odia
- Comfortable operating billing software on a phone or computer (training provided if needed)
- Basic arithmetic skills — adding bills, calculating discounts, giving correct change
- Good communication skills — able to speak clearly with both customers and staff
- Honest and trustworthy — this role handles daily cash and has full access to store operations
- Age: 18 to 35 years preferred
- Gender: Open — male or female
- Prior experience in retail billing, shop management, or any counter/admin role is preferred but not mandatory — freshers with the right qualifications will be considered

**What We Offer**
- Basic Salary: ₹10,500/month
- Attendance Allowance: ₹1,500/month (paid when attendance is 26+ working days)
- Performance Bonus: ₹1,000/month (based on billing targets and smooth operations)
- Total monthly earnings: ₹12,000 regular / up to ₹13,000 with full bonus
- Retention Bonus: ₹500 at 3 months, ₹1,000 at 6 months, ₹2,000 at 1 year of service
