Location: Udhyog Vihar, phase 5, Gurugram

About the Role
We are looking for a Marketplace Operations Manager who can take complete ownership of our online sales operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. The role focuses on driving revenue, improving ROI, and ensuring smooth order-to-delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, and catalog performance.
- Monitor orders, dispatches, returns, and fulfillment processes.
- Plan and manage Amazon & Flipkart advertising campaigns.
- Track sales, ROI, ACOS/ROAS, and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, marketing, and supply chain teams.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Strong understanding of marketplace advertising and ROI optimization.
- Experience in inventory management, order processing, and analytics.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on revenue growth.
Preferred
- Experience in agriculture machinery, tools, hardware, or related categories.
- Exposure to D2C/e-commerce website operations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
