Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to manage and support our network, hardware, security, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and troubleshoot Managed Switches, VLANs, Routing & Switching.
- Handle RJ45 crimping, cable tracing, network mapping, and patch panel management.
- Assist with Firewall configuration and monitoring (Cisco/FortiGate/Sophos).
- Manage basic AWS services – EC2, RDS & S3.
- Manage users and access on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Support office intercom and telephony systems.
- Troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues and maintain network documentation & IT inventory.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Network Administration, or IT Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of Networking, VLANs, Switching & Firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with physical networking and cable crimping.
- Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, S3).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred
- CCNA / CompTIA / AWS certification.
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge.
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Reporting To: Manager – IT Infrastructure
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
