Job Summary
AutoStarke Energy is hiring a Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Aluva. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of electric scooters, ensuring all delivery documentation is completed, and providing customers with a smooth vehicle handover experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of electric scooters to customers.
- Schedule vehicle deliveries and communicate with customers.
- Ensure vehicles are ready before delivery.
- Complete and maintain all delivery-related documentation.
- Explain the basic features and delivery process to customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Registration, and Service teams.
- Track pending documents and update delivery records.
- Ensure timely and hassle-free vehicle handovers.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Plus Two (+2).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
