Job Description: Junior Heat Surface Treatment Supervisor
Location: Vasai, Maharashtra
Department: HST / Production
Key Responsibilities.
· Manages furnace operations to ensure metals are processed at the correct temperature, time, and cooling conditions to achieve required mechanical properties.
· Supervise operators, monitor quality (hardness and microstructure), maintain documentation.
· Manages the complete phosphating line to ensure proper surface preparation, corrosion protection, and paint adhesion.
· Supervise chemical bath parameters (concentration, temperature, pH, dipping time), monitor stages like degreasing, pickling, phosphating, rinsing, and drying, ensure quality checks (coating weight, adhesion, salt spray performance), maintain chemical records and compliance, control effluent treatment, and lead operators to meet safety, production, and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Hsc Science /Bsc -Chemistry.
- 0–2 years experience in heat treatment (freshers can apply).
