Coordinator - HR
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
- Provide administrative support to the Head Office HR Team.
- Principal coordination with Approvers and HR Heads.
- Onboarding coordination, including document collection and follow-ups (if necessary).
- Maintain various records, reports, and trackers.
- Handle employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by managing attendance records (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
Secondary Responsibilities
Coordinate with Client, HO Team & Employees.
Education Qualification
Experience
2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations.
Skills Required
Functional:
· Knowledge of HR Operations & Compliances
IT Skills:
· MS Office (Especially in Advance Excel)
Behavioural:
· Good team player
· Self-initiator
· Go getter attitude
· Good communication
Languages
English, Hindi & Gujarati
Compensation
₹25,000/- to ₹30,000/- CTC per month
