Job Description:
Talent Acquisition
1. Timely closures of open positions, Manage employee cost within budget margin.
2. To ensure TAT of 90 days, Ensure, JDs of all positions are in place. Promote internal growth of the employees. Recruitment cost to be reduced by 10% of last year for TGL and its group companies.
PMS and Talent Management
1. Driving TM activities like PMS, Employee Development, Compensation framework, Employee Engagement effectively.
2. KRA setting by June, PMS program as per the timelines, At least one employee engagement activity every month. Ensure release of increments on time.
HRBP-Driving and Executing of HR Interventions in close coordination with Stakeholders
1. Meeting HR & business expectations and act as an catalyst between HR and business, Improve employee experience.
2. Review of policies, HR policy education for employees in all grades - Did you know series - one communication per month, HR Communications.
Handling activities like Confirmation, Audit handling, data management, attendance management, leave reconciliation etc.
1. Timely addressing the activities.
2. Preparation of audit related documents.
3. Handling internal and external audits (ISO Audit, Customer Audit, Certification Audit).
4. Safety audits & training.
5. Ensure the zero non compliances in all audits. Closure of issues within 15 days.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
1. Ensuring Payroll and all the related Statutory Activates Are Implemented and driven efficiently with Pay square.
2. Pay square implementation and independent processing effective April 22 and smooth operational efficiency to be maintained.
3. Convert voucher staff to third party roles by July 23.
Employee Engagement
1. Preparation of calendar.
2. Event management.
3. Event and engagement activities.
4. Planning for increasing the participation of employees and contract labours.
Payroll Inputs and Separation process to be effectively managed.
1. Exit checklist, F&F processing, recoveries, efficiency of HR Ops.
2. Variable inputs are to be shared with the payroll team by the 22nd of the month. F&F to be released within 45 days from LWD, and recovery of the outstanding amount.
Industrial relation
1. Assist & prepare of legal draft
2. Assist Legal consultant legal matters.
3. Maintained smooth industrial relation on floor .
4. liasioning with local authority , labour department & union .
Admin & Vendor Management
1. Vendor Negotiations & on boarding of vendors.
2. Vendor management in terms of all compliance, salary & statutory liabilities like forms & certification
3. Submission of bills and evaluation of vendor performance.
4. Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.
5. Facility management infrastructure management, cleanliness & cost reduction & control.
6. Safety, hygiene, security of be scheduled.
7. Other administrative tasks as necessary.
8. Supporting In CSR Activities.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent leadership skills & ability to lead with good knowledge of legal & compliances.
People Management, Team Development.
Experience and exposure to interact with Unions, Internal & External stakeholders.
Excellent Excel Skills, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Infographics.
