We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team and help craft engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for designing website layouts, refining brand visual elements, and collaborating with developers and marketing teams to bring concepts to life. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices, and the ability to translate ideas into clean, modern, responsive designs.
Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling website layouts, landing pages, and digital assets that align with brand guidelines
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new website features and improvements
- Ensure responsive design across multiple devices and browsers
- Work closely with developers to implement designs accurately and efficiently
- Conduct user experience research and apply UX/UI principles to improve usability
- Optimize graphics and layout for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Maintain consistency of visual elements across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing teams on creative concepts for campaigns and product launches
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of web projects
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and web accessibility standards
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; familiarity with front-end frameworks is a plus
- Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics, web animations, or video editing
- Understanding of brand identity and digital marketing fundamentals
