Sales Executive/ Tele Sales Executive (Females Only)
We are looking for a Sales Executive/ Tele Sales Executive to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales activities, initiating and closing the sales process successfully.
A successful Sales Executive/ Tele Sales Executive must have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. She must also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach our potential clients to inform about our services
- Analyze client’s expectations and set meetings
- Follow up on any sales quotations made for client, negotiate terms with the client at
a cost best suited for both of us.
- Handle orders by phone or email, and check the orders for correct prices
- Maintain sales record, as a basis for report to the senior management team
- Comply with the business ethics and pitch for whole package to clients
Desired Profile
- Excellent articulation skills
- Numerical literacy, comfortable in working with numbers
- Excellent knowledge of excel, and should be able to prepare proposals
- Sales experience mandatory
- Knowledge of Asansol Market is must
- Digital Marketing Knowledge is an added advantage
