Admin Executive:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You are mainly responsible for overall maintenance of office, showroom, warehouse and office premises including
infrastructure, chairs, Carpet, Electrical items, AirCons, Doors etc.
- Supervising the house-keeping staff work and checking the entire facility, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the
office.
- Maintenance of Pantry and House-keeping material inventory.
- Responsible for vendor management which includes vendor negotiations, vendor Registration, purchase orders,
maintaining inventory of office supplies.
- Arranging and coordinating meeting and events.
- Maintaining the MIS of stationery, pantry material, total expenses of Admin.
- Handling travel and accommodation booking.
- Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation
- You will prepare weekly or monthly reports as required
- Any other duties assigned by reporting manager.
Note:
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Employment Type: Contract for 1 year
After successful completion of 1 year, performance review will be conducted and, based on the review outcome, the candidate may be considered for absorption into the company payroll.

Salary Structure: Straight salary (no deductions towards PF & PT)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
