Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the organization's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain financial records.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Oversee vendor payments and customer receivables.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and reimbursements.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up for collections.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during assessments and audits.
- Maintain statutory records and documentation.
Budgeting & Financial Reporting
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor budget utilization.
- Generate MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Support management in financial planning and forecasting.
Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
Team Management
- Supervise and guide the accounts team.
- Allocate work and monitor team performance.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting activities and financial reporting.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter preferred.
- 5 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime or ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
