- Daily Site Operations: Oversee carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting work to match design drawings.
- Quality & Safety Control: Check material standards and enforce strict health and safety protocols on site.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage contractors, laborers, and material deliveries to prevent project delays.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily logs of work completed, manpower, and material usage for management.
