We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with proven experience in generating and closing international leads through freelance platforms, LinkedIn, email outreach, and inbound inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate international business through Upwork, Freelancer.com, Clutch, LinkedIn, and company website inquiries.
- Handle inbound leads by understanding client requirements and scheduling discovery meetings.
- Execute outbound lead generation through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emails, networking, and prospecting.
- Create customized proposals, quotations, and project estimations.
- Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and video meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare project scope and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Services Business Development.

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Email Marketing
- Experience handling both Inbound and Outbound sales.
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong proposal writing and client handling skills.

- MERN/MEAN Stack

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, UAE).
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar lead generation tools.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience) + Performance Incentives
