Marketing Coordinator
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and business-focused Marketing Coordinator who can work closely with the Sales, Digital Marketing, Content Development, and CRM Development teams. The role acts as a bridge between these functional teams to ensure that marketing campaigns are properly supported with the right content, leads are monitored effectively, campaign feedback is communicated on time, and CRM improvements are identified and implemented.
The ideal candidate should be a strong coordinator, good communicator, quick learner, and go-getter who can understand business requirements, prioritize tasks, follow up with multiple teams, and ensure timely execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Coordination with Digital Marketing Team
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the digital marketing team to understand ongoing and upcoming campaigns, campaign objectives, target audiences, lead generation plans, and content requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for planned campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Ensure that campaign requirements are clearly communicated to the content and media teams.
- Track whether campaign-related assets are delivered on time.
- Monitor campaign performance inputs shared by the digital marketing team.
- Share lead quality feedback from the sales team with the digital marketing team.
- Follow up on campaign adjustments based on lead quality, lead volume, conversion feedback, and business priorities.
2. Coordination with Media and Content Development Teams
The candidate will coordinate with the media content development team to ensure that appropriate creatives, videos, banners, ad copies, landing page content, brochures, and other campaign materials are prepared and delivered on time.
Responsibilities include:
- Collect content requirements from the digital marketing team and sales team.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, and media teams for timely content delivery.
- Ensure that ad creatives and content are aligned with campaign goals and target audience expectations.
- Maintain a tracker of pending, ongoing, and completed content requirements.
- Follow up regularly to avoid campaign delays due to missing content.
- Ensure corrections, revisions, and approvals are completed within agreed timelines
3. Sales Team Coordination and Lead Quality Monitoring
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the sales team to understand the quality of leads generated from various campaigns and communicate useful feedback to the digital marketing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor leads assigned to the sales team through the CRM.
- Follow up with sales team members to collect feedback on lead quality.
- Identify issues such as irrelevant leads, duplicate leads, low-intent leads, wrong geography, incorrect course/product interest, or poor contactability.
- Prepare summary feedback on lead quality and share it with the digital marketing team.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand conversion challenges.
- Help improve the feedback loop between sales and marketing.
- Track whether sales feedback is being used to improve campaign targeting, messaging, and lead generation quality.
4. CRM Coordination and Enhancement Follow-up
The candidate will coordinate with the sales, digital marketing, and CRM development teams to identify CRM pain points, process gaps, and enhancement requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Gather CRM-related pain points from sales and marketing users.
- Understand CRM usage challenges faced by different teams.
- Document CRM enhancement requirements clearly.
- Coordinate with the CRM development team to explain business requirements.
- Follow up on CRM change requests, bug fixes, reports, dashboards, and usability improvements.
- Support testing and validation of CRM enhancements before release.
- Ensure that CRM changes are communicated properly to users.
- Help improve CRM adoption among sales and marketing teams.
5. CRM Feature Research and Business Improvement
The Marketing Coordinator should continuously explore leading CRM platforms used in the education, training, and similar service industries and recommend useful features that can be incorporated into the internal CRM.
Responsibilities include:
- Study popular CRM systems used in similar industries.
- Identify useful features related to lead management, follow-ups, automation, campaign tracking, reporting, lead scoring, dashboards, and sales productivity.
- Compare those features with the existing CRM.
- Suggest practical improvements that can add business value.
- Coordinate with the CRM development team to convert approved ideas into development requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of CRM, marketing processes, and sales coordination.

The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills and should be able to communicate clearly with sales, marketing, content, and development teams.

The role requires excellent coordination and follow-up skills. The candidate should be able to work with multiple teams and ensure tasks are completed without delay.

The candidate should be able to understand business priorities, campaign objectives, sales requirements, lead quality issues, and CRM process requirements.

The candidate should be able to prioritize tasks based on urgency, campaign deadlines, sales impact, and business importance.

The candidate should be able to analyze lead quality feedback, CRM pain points, campaign-related issues, and process gaps.

The candidate should be proactive, responsible, result-oriented, and willing to take ownership of coordination activities.
CRM Awareness
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, lead management, sales funnels, follow-up processes, and reporting dashboards will be an added advantage.
Digital Marketing Awareness
Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns, ad creatives, landing pages, campaign performance, lead generation, and audience targeting is preferred.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales coordination, CRM coordination, digital marketing coordination, or similar roles.
- Experience in the education, training, service, IT, SaaS, or digital marketing industry will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience working with CRM systems will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
