Hiring Alert – Zonal Manager | Business Development & Service Delivery

We are hiring an experienced Zonal Manager – Business Development & Service Delivery to lead operations, drive business growth, and ensure seamless service delivery across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end business development and service delivery operations.
- Build, expand, and manage a network of field professionals/appraisers.
- Ensure timely resource deployment based on client requirements.
- Monitor service quality, productivity, TAT, and operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to client SLAs, SOPs, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Support business expansion across new territories and client accounts.
- Prepare and present MIS reports and operational dashboards.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in Operations, Business Development, Service Delivery, or Team Management.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Field Operations is preferred.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
