Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and punctual Car Driver to safely transport employees, visitors, or company materials as assigned. The driver must follow traffic regulations, maintain the vehicle in good condition, and ensure timely travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently to assigned destinations.
- Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees, guests, or materials.
- Perform daily vehicle checks, including fuel level, tire pressure, engine oil, brake function, lights, and windshield washer fluid.
- Keep the vehicle clean, neat, and well-maintained.
- Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or damages immediately.
- Maintain accurate travel logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption records.
- Assist with loading and unloading items when required.
- Plan routes to avoid delays and ensure efficient travel.
- Maintain professional behavior and confidentiality while transporting passengers.
Requirements
- Valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle type.
- Minimum 1–3 years of driving experience (or as specified by the employer).
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions.
- Ability to read basic maps/navigation apps.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and disciplined.
- Physically fit and able to assist with light lifting if required.
