- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor registers.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments.
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client visits and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of walk-in clients and daily reports.
- Assist in preparing customer documents and forms.
- Provide accurate information about the company's projects and services.
- Handle courier, mail, and office correspondence.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
- Maintain office stationery and reception supplies..
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive visitor experience.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
