Manager Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Job Summary The Asset & Maintenance Executive is responsible for managing company assets, tracking maintenance issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring all equipment and facilities are properly maintained across Al Taza outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Management:
● Maintain and update asset records for all outlets and offices.
● Track asset transfers, replacements, and disposals.
● Conduct regular asset audits and verification.
● Monitor asset condition and recommend replacements when required. Maintenance Management
● Receive and track maintenance complaints from outlets.
● Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors.
● Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.
● Monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
Vendor & Reporting:
● Coordinate with service providers and maintenance vendors.
● Obtain quotations and verify completed work.
● Maintain warranty, AMC, and service records.
● Prepare maintenance and asset reports for management.
Outlet Support:
● Assist outlet managers in resolving maintenance-related issues.
● Conduct outlet visits to assess asset conditions.
● Escalate critical equipment breakdowns for immediate action.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in Asset Management, Maintenance, Retail, Restaurant, or Hospitality operations.
● Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
● Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

● Timely Reporting and Documentation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
