Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, educating potential customers about insurance products, identifying client needs, and closing sales while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls to prospective and existing customers in the US market.
- Present and explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance sales, telesales, call center sales, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling Auto, Home, Health, Life, or Medicare insurance products.
- Understanding of the US insurance market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
