Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and well-organized Admission Counsellor for our Kindergarten section. The candidate will be responsible for guiding parents through the admission process, handling enquiries, and promoting the school’s programs and facilities. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for working in an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission enquiries from parents through calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media platforms.
- Provide complete information about the kindergarten curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Conduct campus tours and interact with prospective parents professionally.
- Follow up with prospective parents and maintain admission records.
- Coordinate admission documentation and ensure timely completion of the process.
- Maintain enquiry databases and prepare daily/weekly admission reports.
- Support marketing and promotional activities related to admissions.
- Build positive relationships with parents and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (additional languages are an advantage).
- Good interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and data management.
- Ability to handle parents and children with patience and professionalism.
- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, customer support, or school administration is preferred.
