We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant cum Computer Operator to manage daily accounting tasks and computer-related office work. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, computer operation skills, and the ability to maintain records accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts and financial records
- Handle billing, invoicing, and voucher entries
- Manage data entry in accounting software such as Tally/Busy
- Prepare reports in MS Excel and MS Word
- Maintain office files and documents
- Handle emails, printing, scanning, and online work
- Assist in bank reconciliation and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with staff and clients regarding accounts-related work
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime / Busy software
- Good typing speed and computer operation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic communication skills
Experience
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in accounts or computer operations
Salary
- As per experience and company standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
