Job Summary
Skyfall Voice Communications Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage and support our existing customers. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, provide product demonstrations, resolve technical queries, and build long-term customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
- Handle and support existing customers professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Customer Support
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote support.
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and support tickets.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
Product Presentation & Demonstration
- Conduct online and offline product presentations.
- Demonstrate Skyfall solutions including:
- Skyfall products
- Explain product features, advantages, and business benefits to customers.
Account Management
- Maintain customer records and support history.
- Prepare meeting notes and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate renewals, upgrades, and additional service requirements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily customer interaction reports.
- Update CRM with customer communications.
- Track support requests and resolution status.
- Submit weekly and monthly customer service reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud VoIP, Internet, Networking, or Telecom (preferred).
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Technical Support, or Account Management.
- Experience in 1years or 2years.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
