Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and online research
- Reach out to potential clients to understand their needs
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations
- Prepare quotes and maintain daily/weekly reports in Zoho CRM
- Follow up with leads and help build long-term relationships
- Support the sales team in achieving targets
- Collaborate with senior executives to prepare proposals and close deals
- Stay updated on industry trends and Fletech product knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales support
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
