Graduates and should be responsible for end-to-end handling of Voice/email/Chat process.

- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills. Should be able to comprehend, create passages/ notes.
- Excellent listening skills. Should have the ability to ask probing questions, empathize with customer.
- Should have a very stable resume/ work experience.
- Typing speed of 30 words per min.
- Should have the ability to adapt existing and learn new updates quickly.
- Should be open to working graveyard shifts.
