Position: IT Executive
Location: Pune (Shindewadi)
Requisites:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, RHCSA, or CompTIA A+ will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and technical support.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT support requests.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and time management skills.
- Willingness to provide support during emergencies or planned maintenance activities, if required.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, firewalls, and security systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime and availability.
- Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and backups.
Network Administration
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Ensure network security and optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
Server Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, file sharing, and server security.
- Monitor server health and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.
IT Support & Helpdesk
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and operating system issues.
- Install and configure software applications and operating systems.
- Maintain IT assets and documentation.
Security & Compliance
- Manage firewall configurations and endpoint security solutions.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices.
- Perform regular security updates, patch management, and antivirus monitoring.
SAP Support
- Provide first-level support for SAP users.
- Coordinate with the SAP team/vendor to resolve application-related issues.
- Assist users with basic SAP troubleshooting and system access.
