We are looking for a smart, self-driven, and result-oriented Online Bidder who has hands-on experience with Fiverr to generate quality leads and close deals for IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Fiverr profile, communicating with clients, preparing proposals, and converting inquiries into successful projects.
Job roles and responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company’s Fiverr profile to attract potential clients.
- Bid on relevant gigs/projects and respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Understand client requirements and draft tailored proposals to win projects.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare accurate cost and time estimates.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Communicate regularly with clients, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly bidding and sales targets set by the management.
- Stay updated with Fiverr’s latest features, trends, and gig optimization techniques.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven experience working as an online bidder, especially on Fiverr.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of IT services (web development, mobile apps, design, digital marketing, etc.).
- Ability to write customized, client-focused proposals.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Experience handling client queries, pricing discussions, and project documentation.
