About the job:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for onboarding recruiters from the film and entertainment industry and driving paid job postings on the Starplify platform.
This role is highly target-driven and requires strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Connect with casting agencies, production houses, talent managers, brands, and recruiters
2. Pitch Starplify platform and onboard recruiters
3. Convince and convert recruiters to post paid job listings
4. Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of leads
5. Follow up consistently to close deals
6. Build long-term relationships with industry recruiters
7. Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports
8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding & revenue targets
Key Requirements
1. Min 1 years experience in telecalling / inside sales / B2B sales
2. Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi + English required)
3. Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
4. Target-oriented mindset
5. Interest or basic understanding of film, casting, media, or entertainment industry (preferred)
6. Experience in SaaS/platform selling or recruitment services is a plus
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
