Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach companies with hiring requirements.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Schedule meetings with HR managers and decision-makers.
- Present the company's recruitment services and pricing.
- Negotiate and close recruitment agreements with clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding client requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or recruitment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong networking and client acquisition skills.
