About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Student Counsellor to guide students in choosing suitable international education pathways. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for counselling, and the ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities (Australia, UK, New Zealand, etc.)
- Provide accurate information on courses, universities, visa processes, and requirements
- Assist students in selecting the right course and institution based on their profile
- Guide students through the application and admission process
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and processing
- Handle student queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- Minimum [1–2 years] experience in student counselling or overseas education (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of study abroad/visa processes is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam (mandatory)

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple students simultaneously
- Good organizational and time-management skills
