We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Digital Commerce & Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage and grow our Shopify-based eCommerce store, create compelling visual content, and actively drive sales by converting leads into customers through WhatsApp and cold calling. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's Shopify eCommerce store, including product listings, inventory, and order tracking.
- Design eye-catching marketing posters, banners, and promotional creatives using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Follow up on leads promptly and convert them into sales conversations via WhatsApp chat.
- Conduct professional cold calls to prospective customers, introduce products/services, and build rapport.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through active lead nurturing and deal closing.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and represent the brand professionally at all times.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales support.
- Track leads, follow-up activities, and sales metrics using provided tools or spreadsheets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Shopify — managing products, collections, discounts, and basic store settings.
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop for marketing materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or regional language.
- Confident in cold calling — ability to introduce, engage, and persuade prospects over the phone.
- Skilled at using WhatsApp Business to manage lead conversations and follow-up pipelines.
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online selling trends.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
Nice to Have (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience in eCommerce sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.
