Job Summary
Lere Academy is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable MOH Exam Trainer to join our academic team.
The trainer will be responsible for preparing healthcare professionals such as Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, and other eligible healthcare professionals for MOH licensing examinations through structured classes, exam-oriented training, practice sessions, and mock tests.
The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, relevant healthcare experience, excellent communication skills, and experience in healthcare licensing exam preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured and engaging MOH exam preparation classes.
- Prepare healthcare professionals for relevant MOH licensing examinations.
- Explain important concepts and exam topics clearly and effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and revision materials.
- Conduct regular mock tests, assessments, and revision sessions.
- Discuss practice and previous exam questions with students.
- Help students understand exam patterns and effective preparation strategies.
- Identify students’ strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide individual guidance and constructive feedback.
- Keep training materials updated according to relevant examination requirements.
- Monitor student performance and progress.
- Conduct interactive online and/or offline training sessions.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding student requirements and class schedules.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in the healthcare/medical field.
- Strong subject knowledge relevant to MOH examination preparation.
- Previous experience as an MOH Exam Trainer is preferred.
- Experience preparing healthcare professionals for licensing examinations is an advantage.
- Good understanding of healthcare licensing examinations.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong teaching and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to explain complex healthcare topics in a simple and understandable manner.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with online teaching platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience training Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, or Allied Healthcare Professionals.
- Previous MOH exam preparation experience.
- Experience with Prometric-based healthcare licensing examinations.
- Knowledge of international healthcare licensing examinations.
- Experience creating mock tests and exam-oriented study materials.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
