Experience: 2-5 Years (Solar / Renewable Energy / B2B Sales Coordination preferred)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our B2B Solar Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, sales teams, internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities from inquiry generation to order completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the B2B Sales team for daily sales activities and customer requirements.
- Manage sales inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and maintain sales records.
- Support the sales team in proposal preparation, documentation, and client communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Engineering, Procurement, Accounts & Operations) for smooth project execution.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and follow-up trackers.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings, presentations, and sales calls.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Track order status, payment follow-ups, and project progress.
- Prepare MIS reports related to sales performance and business updates.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer communications and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / B2B Sales Support.
- Experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Customer-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience working with B2B clients, channel partners, EPC companies, or corporate customers.
- Knowledge of solar products, projects, or renewable energy solutions will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
