We are looking for a skilled Coded TIG Welder with hands-on experience in process equipment manufacturing. The candidate should have experience working on pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, distillation columns and storage tanks, where high-quality and leak-proof welding is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding for internal components and MIG/SMAW welding for outer structures.
- Work with SS 304, SS 316L, Hastelloy and Carbon Steel materials.
- Follow approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
- Ensure weld quality meets required standards and passes DP, Radiography and UT tests.
- Perform basic grinding and cutting operations.
- Carry out/understand DPT (Dye Penetrant Testing) requirements.
- Maintain proper welding quality for equipment operating under high-pressure and vacuum conditions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
