Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own our customer acquisition strategy and drive scalable business growth. In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and velocity while driving down Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
The ideal candidate blends deep technical execution with strategic vision - someone who treats ad budgets like an investment portfolio, constantly reallocating capital based on real-time data, attribution modeling, and rigorous A/B testing. You will collaborate closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to scale our user base and build a highly efficient growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and scale end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across major digital paid channels (including Google Ads/SEM, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic networks, and affiliate platforms).
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor full-funnel metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV) daily. Dive deep into analytics tools to identify conversion blockers, attribution discrepancies, and high-value customer segments.
- Budget & Capital Allocation: Manage and pace the performance marketing budget efficiently, executing data-driven bid adjustments and structural changes to minimize waste and scale winning tactics.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute a continuous testing roadmap for ad creatives, landing pages, audience hooks, and copy variations to systematically lift conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the creative/design team to brief high-performing visual assets based on data insights, and collaborate with product/tech teams to optimize post-click landing experiences.
- Reporting & Attribution: Build and maintain performance dashboards (using GA4, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools). Provide clear, actionable insights and forecasts to leadership and key stakeholders.

- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) & Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) & Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER)
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across landing pages and ad funnels
- Total Volume of New User / Lead Acquisition within target unit economics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably within high-growth FinTech,or Consumer E-commerce environments.
- Platform Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display), and web analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager). Experience with CRM platforms (e.g Zoho) is highly valued.
- Analytical Rigor: Exceptional data fluency; the ability to interpret complex data sets, understand multi-touch attribution models, and translate numbers into clear business growth strategies.
- Creative Intuition: While data-driven, you understand psychology and what hooks an audience - knowing how to brief creative teams on winning hooks, visual frameworks, and copy structures.
- Mindset: A strong "test-and-learn" orientation. You iterate quickly, tolerate ambiguity well, and are motivated by achieving measurable, scalable outcomes.
Pay: ₹11,231.59 - ₹80,000.00 per month
