Key Responsibilities :
- Reach out to exporters and importers through various channels, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
- Generate business inquiries for Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Project Logistics, and related logistics services.
- Coordinate with the pricing team to secure competitive rates and prepare quotations for customers.
- Convert business opportunities into confirmed shipments and long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups and maintain healthy customer accounts.
Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales or International Logistics Sales.
- Good knowledge of International Logistics, Project Logistics, and Freight Forwarding services, including FCL, LCL, Air Freight, OOG, ODC, etc.
- Thorough understanding of Incoterms and international trade processes.
- Strong customer relationship management skills and an existing customer network will be an advantage.
- Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and drive business growth.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Sales Trainee / Internship – Requirements
- Educational background in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Positive attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to engage in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and other business development activities.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
